What is the license of this GUI? Can I re-use it for as many games as I want or I have to purchase new license for each new game?
The license is basically same as Unity's asset store: https://unity.com/legal/as-terms
So yes, you can use it in multiple games / apps.
PayPal fails to process purchase every time. Maybe something on your end?
I've checked twice, the PayPal is working fine on my side, just email me something, then I'll provide a direct email for payment and give you the code for product.
